POLICIES

ARRIVING AT THE THEATRE

The theater parking, box office and lobby open one hour before each performance. Our concessions counter also opens one hour before curtain and offers croissant sandwiches, quiche, cakes, cookies and other items as well as coffee, tea, beer and wine.

PARKING

Seventy parking spaces are reserved for theater patrons. There is no parking fee. Because there may be other events happening at the Tannery when you arrive, a parking attendant will confirm you are attending the performance at the Colligan Theater. Having your tickets available (or parking pass if you are a subscriber) will speed up the process. If your tickets are at Will-Call please inform the parking attendant. If the theater-only parking is full there is also parking in the Public Storage parking lot across River Street from the Tannery on evenings and weekends.

LATE SEATING

Latecomers will be seated at the box office manager’s discretion, and may have to watch on a video monitor in the lobby until intermission. Patrons who need to leave the theater during a performance may—at the sole discretion of the box office manager—be reseated during the performance, however, it may not be in their same seats. We must enforce this policy in order to not disturb other patrons during the show due to the design of our theatre.

BRINGING CHILDREN TO THE THEATER

Some of our productions include mature subject matter and/or language that may be inappropriate for children. Adults are ultimately the best judge of what is right for their children. Please check with the box office at 831-425-7506 if you are thinking of bringing children to a performance. No babes in arms are allowed.
